Our Story

The Journey So Far

Alive Church London was established in May 2019 as the Young Adults arm of RCCG Victory House, London.

As of July 2022, Alive Church branched out into officially becoming its own Church. Being led by lead pastor Tobi Sanusi with a vision ‘To see the world come Alive through Christ’

Alive Church London functions as a parish of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), the denomination we are part of.

We are a dynamic community with a passion to learn, grow and connect. We are rooted in Christ with a purpose to love God, ourselves and others; and spread the message of “life in all its fullness” through faith in Jesus Christ.

Alive Church thrives on empowering and creating opportunities for every person to fulfil their God given potential. This is a church with fun opportunities to meet passionate young people, be blessed by amazing worship and be inspired by the undiluted word of God.

We are a welcoming church of vibrant people and we welcome all ages, races, cultures and ethnicities.

Meet Our Lead Pastor

Tobi Sanusi

Tobi Sanusi is driven by two things: a deep love for Jesus and a heart for people. His passion is to see lives transformed through the gospel, leading others into a personal, life-changing encounter with Jesus Christ.

He holds a bachelor's degree in social justice from Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and a master's degree in Christian Ministry and Theology.

Tobi was recently appointed by the General Overseer, Pastor E.A. Adeboye, as the Continental Youth Pastor for RCCG Europe Continent 9, comprising 47 countries with RCCG churches in more than 40 of the countries

Tobi's mission is clear: to make disciples who truly love and wholeheartedly follow Jesus. He currently serves full-time as the Lead Pastor of Alive Church London.

He is married to his beautiful wife Grace Sanusi, and they have one son, Zion-Perez
